Warning for Window Washers

Listen up, Denver service businesses. There is a scam in town. This is kind of me calling myself out but I think its worth a post, since I’ve seen other window washers at the same places, also bidding on these jobs. So far I have received two texts, (Eddie Brock - (469) 316-4938 and Eddie Montoya - (402) 304-6862.) requesting quotes. I show up, send the quote and they respond with some nonsense about needing to pay an art dealer for them through Zelle once they send me a check by mail. Obviously a scam and I end the conversation right there, having wasted my time and gasoline to give them a quote. So frustrating. Be careful out there, folks. Fool me twice, shame on me.
