How do I hire the Papi?
Every home or business is different so you’ll need a free estimate to get started. The estimate will be free and accurate. Then we will set up a time to do the work.

Do I need to be present when work is done?
The short answer is no, unless we need to get inside the home or business. If you plan on not being around we would also as to make sure we have access to all the windows involved.

When will you start work?
We will work with you to schedule a day and time that works for you after we finish our free and accurate estimate.

Do you use my water?
Yes. We will need access to an outdoor faucet and on smaller jobs such as storefronts, just sink water.

Do you still clean windows if it rains?
It depends on the severity. obviously, if it is unsafe for us we will reschedule but a afternoon shower should not disrupt service.

How can I pay you?
We accept cash, credit cards or Venmo for payment. Need another method? We can talk about it.

What chemicals do you use?
We mainly use a combination of Dawn Dish Soap and cleaning vinegar. If you have sensitivities to these, we usually recommend a free and clear dish soap alternative. Please let us know before we arrive for work.

Do you offer a maintenance schedule?
We certainly do. If you’re looking for weekly, biweekly, monthly or even yearly service schedules, we’ve got you covered. Just let us know what works for you.

What if there is a problem with your work?
We do a walkthrough when we are done with every job but we definitely understand that sometimes customers discover things after we leave. We offer a 24 hour window for this reason. Just give us a call within 24 hours and we’ll come back and touch it up for free.

What do you charge?
Every home and business is different so we prefer to come by and give you a free and accurate quote before we give you a price for our work.

Could you just clean the interior or the exterior of my windows?
Absolutely. Sometimes customers would like to clean the inside windows themselves. We totally get it. In that case we would quote you for an exterior clean only. Inside only also available.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you’d like to cancel your appointment, please cancel the day before your appointment and we hope we can work with you in the future.
